Sorry, but really cant/ won't be recommending this costa branch. Had a 'reward' for coffee on app & even though i hadnt selected to use it, it was used but i still paid full price for coffee.

Horrible woman at the counter acted like I'd just burst, uninvited to her living room rather than asking her for a coffee. I get that everyone has bad days, but your job isn't to make everyone else have a bad day too.

tried this costa coffee for the second time as its closer to home... wasn't great the first visit and this second visit it was worse... really bad quality cappuccinos.. asked for chocolate dusting got a rude response then too much chocolate dumped on the drinks... had to throw away the drinks and drive to another costa coffee to get the good quality we expect. don't they feel shame serving diluted ugly looking disgusting tasting drinks?Parking: ok

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. The woman was rude, I asked for a caramel iced coffee there was so caramel the cup must have had a leak as I was covered in coffee. People really shouldn?t work in customer

Good tasty hot coffee and comfortable chair's ideal for people watchingWent here today disappointed staff would not serve in cups as dish washer not working but there was plenty of clean ones available their reason did not want to clean by hand!The current generation are lazy and have it so easy!

Bought a medium soya milk iced latte with vanilla syrup for £4.65 and a couple of croissants (£2.25 each). It was busy as a coach load had arrived, but by using the pre-ordering machine our order was swiftly compiled and the staff very friendly. We sat outside on a bench in the sunshine, but inside was clean.

What can I say , it?s shut , we use to enjoy a coffee and meet up after work , nowadays it shuts at 6 pm too early to use my tempting Costa offers , but it?s a 24 hr Tesco store. Time to let Starbucks have a go
