We ordered a chai latte and coffee latte. Because it was very noisy downstairs we decided to sit upstairs. It was nice an quiet there as nobody was there apart from us and another man.
We enjoyed our drinks in peace and quietness and also enjoyed watching the passers by in the street below.

? Cup Recycling: A Noble Effort, But at What Cost?
I appreciate the idea of recycling my cup?truly, I do. But the emotional turmoil I endured during the process was all too much.
First, I approached the bin, only to be faced with three different holes labeled with symbols that might as well have been ancient runes. Do I put the lid in with the cup? What about the sleeve? I hesitated, staring into the abyss. People behind me sighed. A child pointed and laughed.
Flustered, I panicked and shoved everything into one slot, only to hear a judgmental clunk. A barista appeared out of nowhere, shaking their head in disappointment. I had failed.
The guilt lingers. I wake up at night, haunted by the sound of incorrectly recycled cardboard.

Having cake and tea with my parents now and my mum in a wheelchair, Adrianna was so helpful and friendly, she bought our drinks and cake over while we found a seat. What a lovely experience and was so nice to be greeted with a smiling face! 10-10

I ordered a Frappuccino made from coconut milk as I have dairy intolerance and the staff member that served me added cream to the top without asking. Customer service was poor, one staff member was cleaning with mop and cloths etc one minute and making my drink the next, which didn?t sit right to me.

I went to collect an order, but the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude. A lady spoke to me in a raised tone, showed no patience to listen, and seemed to have no idea about anything. Very disappointing experience!

Lovely atmosphere, less crowded and plenty of space to sit in.
Toilet are locked and need receipt to get in so make sure you are customer.
Food is good not fan of coffee.

This was hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had at a café. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect and customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they didn?t care about providing a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was unfriendly, and my requests were either ignored or met with attitude. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone and would give zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I am a food vlogger in instagram i got more than 30 thousand followers in instagram and 80 thousand in youtube i ate food from different restaurants and cafe from different countries but from here i got the worst experience in customer service in my entire life. on last tuesday i had faced worst customer service from on of your staffs. She shouldnt behave like that to a customer. I am giving minus star for customer service.

I love Costa Coffee's laid-back atmosphere. It's my go-to spot to unwind and catch up on a book or work.

Nice little Costa coffee.
Staff very polite and helpful, service very fast.
Comfortable tables and chairs.
Even though it was busy it was still comfortable. Tables cleared well.
Nice outside chairs too.
10/10 for a Costa!

Arrogant behavior of the baristas,disrespectful and raising her arrogant voice when she asked if I wanted chocolate with my coffee:-(
She's didn't say good morning, not even words like thank you and welcome! Shame on Costa, the staff is nice everywhere else!?
(if it was open so early in the morning elsewhere, I won't go here,before I going to work).
The staff is obviously not interested in customer service?
I gave this place a chance 3 times, but always the same behavior.. (learn behave, we are in the Uk..)
The croissant was not even a bit fresh:-(
