Closed until further notice. No advance warning! Still all boarded up. Website is showing that they are open, so that's not been updated. They didn't even inform amazon that they were closed so anyone expecting to collect a delivery parcel from there won't get it. It caused no end of problems for my order that was urgent. Amazon are aware now. Really bad customer service.

Just been in here to get a few bits. Chap on the til asked me to put my basket on the side. Then he promptly walked away and didn't serve me. Just looked over his shoulder and priced other items. When I asked another cashier to serve me next he told me he was busy and not serving which was a blatant lie!. I was served eventually by a young woman, reluctantly I might add. Staff here are rude and ignorant and make a point of ignoring customers.

The service is just terrible and unacceptable. I'm 26 years old and they didn't sell me cigarettes because they thought I was buying them for someone else, not myself. The attitude is aggressive. Both the manager and the sellers. I don't recommend it!!!

Nicely stocked shop it's just a shame they are pushing customers to use self service tills, not enough staff manning the old fashioned till.

It's a pretty good shop it's just I was out with a friend yesterday and she was hungry so went to buy something for lunch she bought the stuff for the £4.00 meal deal we went to the self checkout and it got to when we had to pay but it didn't discount it to £4.00 so we pressed the help button.Long story short we had to press it aleast 6 times until someone came to help.

Staff are great, prices are so expensive on a lot of there items your the peoples shop, but now we dont have that kind of money money, bring back the milk promotions and other promotions,I witnessed your staff buying 10 bars of large cadburys for 10p putting it all in her bag, why cant kids have the bars for 10p give customers the option.
