Hello! I am a member of a co-op store and I used to love shopping there until today. The following happened to me: I was shopping this morning and as usual I paid at the self-service checkout, the system asked me to wait for an assistant, after which he made me pay a second time, although I showed him the online banking and he saw very well that I had paid. No one wanted to return my money. I am disappointed. The staff is incompetent, the system is inadequate. I want to get my money back that was taken illegally. The facility is in Northampton Barry roadNn1 5JS.

Cashier service is terrible, not all, just one particular cashier.
Very unhelpful, zero customer skills and makes you feel like she's doing you a favour.

Visited twice this week as I am staying locally with family for a few days. For a small supermarket I find the range good, the staff very helpful and the shop was clean and tidy.
Happy to use the Coop again and again.

This shop has gone down hill rapidly. Baskets are filthy.. which u have to clean yourself, self service tills are also really dirty and the floor looks brown with grime like it hasn't been mopped for ages. Not enough staff and no scales to weigh produce unless you are at a self service till which also don't exept cash. Also lots of issues with homeless people outside which causes more stress.

Staff on the shop floor are massively let down by the utter carnage and damn right rudeness created by the staff on the till area. Elderly customers are treated with contempt when they have audacity not to know exactly what bottle of alcohol they need.

Co-op always delivers on quality at an affordable price. This is one of my go to places as it is local and the staff are really friendly and personable. There is also a large car parking space at the back of the store which is great!
Unfortunately, there are often homeless people sitting near the entrance/exit points. I sympathise with them, however it makes the shop less appealing as it adds a distasteful sense to the shopping experience.

Staff always so rude and unwilling to help. Wait time on self serve is ridiculous (just to authorise something). Prices often wrong, or reduced products do not have their old barcode covered so easy to scan the wrong one. Security guard always follows me around and makes me feel uncomfortable, despite me being a regular customer.Need to train all staff in better customer service.

Convenient for local shopping and good opening hours. Post office particularly handy. Free car parking available. Wide range of items including fresh, chilled and frozen products. Staff friendly and helpful.

As a long time customer and member over 40 years I have always experienced the family feeling in store with helpful staff and always ready to lend a helpful hand or advice on products, even though the staff experience some challenging behaviour from customers and st Andrews hospital patients they still handle this with profenal support and mind of off duty of care thank you for your time .

Staff are racists and prejudice towards customers that are paying and shopping, and assault on customer, my local shopping centre turns into reporting them ,! I will also be informing my local MP , appalling to do your shopping and have to be subjected to intimidation by staff at this coop , shocking and disrespectful.
