On their website is telling one price and when you go in the shop with the new item , they give you half or less .
The item was new in the box , never opened.
The item value on the website was 800£ , and in the shop they offered 400£.
The second time was new in box as well . Online said 100£ , and in the shop they offered 20£.
Not to say , that 90 % of the people that work there are rude .

I'll never forgive this store for what they did back in the day they took my goods gave me credit to spend in store and they said oh it's not valid it's been used when I didn't buy anything. never used cex again never will.

Bought my Acer Nitro gaming laptop from this store. The girl who dealt with me was very professional. Answered all my queries and my dealing went smoothly. I'd recommend Cex, this particular one for sure.

Terrible store all the employees know how to do is waste your time I?ve come to this store on 2 separate occasions and both times I?ve been told to come back the next day. If you need information from me why not just CALL OR TEXT MY NUMBER instead of making me leave and come back just to tell me I have to come in the next day. The workers seem very lazy. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

Probably the worst Cex I've been to. On every occasion the staff put the wrong games in cases or don't check the discs for damage. Two times I've had malfunctioning video games purchased from here because of disc rot/scratches.
Staff don't care and want to get back to loitering, look at you like a murderer if you mention they haven't checked the discs for scratches before you pay.

Most stuff that's old is fairly priced.
Not worth ever selling to.
Newer releases are cheaper to get from Amazon.

This rating is mostly for the technicians, customer support and a few employees at this cex. They have managed to break 2 of my PlayStations that I sent in to be fixed.
Whilst the consoles were in their ?care? no one seemed to know what was happening or when I?d have them returned. Then, what started as minor issues that they couldn?t identify has turned into both consoles being entirely unusable with new problems that didn?t exist before it was sent to them.
Received a part refund but have lost my time and 2 consoles. Morale of the story, go to Game or fix it yourself with YouTube.

Better than your average CeX store - staff are on it and really helpful. Everything I?ve bought from here in the past has been solid as well.
I was sold a mismatched racing wheel and pedals by another store - they refunded me immediately and helped me find a boxed one elsewhere.
Parking tricky but <5 min walk from Grosvenor Centre car park.

Went to sell an old phone that was a grade b and the website said £65 cash,
The lad that served me had a quick look over the phone and then told me they would have offered me £50 if the bottom speaker wasn't damaged, I said it's not damaged and he proceeds to tell me he's just poked the mesh with a pin "to check it's not damaged" in the process he's damaged it, won't be going back to cex had way to many bad experiences now

It's an Ok Cex Store But Slow Service Because There Were Only Two People Serving And Doing Trade ins And Had To Wait 5 Mins To Be Served And The Game I Wanted Was Not On Display And Had To Get A Staff Member To Find It But In The End It Was Fine.

they sell used products by others that no longer work as they should.. be very careful what you buy check on the spot because you won't get your money back..... They don't offer a real warranty ??
