I arrived at the carphone warehouse just to ask for details about the offers I saw online, I was very pleasantly surprised when Anamaria not only gave me all the details about the offers but also the mobile network coverage for voice and for the 5g network at different service providers, here after finding out some information, I ended up buying a new phone and making a contract with one of the mobile service providers because she did it in such a way that I could have the offer from online, well done.She show me how I can keep my phone number even if I change the mobile provider, thank you.
Anamaria was very kind, she explained everything about what I wanted, brilliant. I would give at least 10 stars. I recommend

Under staffed, over stretched dept. Why are the Currys/car phone warehouse staff not cross trained?Deon has been fantastic, great customer service from him. Always on top of my repair and calls when he says he will. Deon deserves a promotion and more staff support. I would give 5 stars but this would misrepresent the review. 5 stars to Deon.

The is a Currys PC World store. Usual range of electronics from toasters to computers. Never busy during the week so help available if you need it, which if you want to know more than the price then you will need it.

I give it three stars beacuse the staff is fairly nice and lady in the store went extra mile to go to warehouse to find my item. However as a business they are cluless. If you order something to get in store there is no tracking system whatsoever so you have no idea where your parcel is. Even if you call the call centre they have no clue. Also next day delivery stated on the website is apparently non applicable to store. In the age of Amazon it is shocking that they allow their business to be so much behind.

The manager is rude and just a generally a nasty person.Bullying people into doing what they want them to do and making it hard for people to claim on their warranty on goods that don't even last a year.I'd avoid this place and its easy to see why everyone is shopping online these days with terrible customer service like this.

Always you have to wait long time to buy a phone. Staff are completly useless. Never again buy from this store. Better off going to Argos.

The worse Company I have had the misfortune to buy goods from, the staff combined have the IQ of a plank of wood, they dont care and neither does the Manager who wont answer the phone. People dont buy anything from this third rate Company hopefully they will go bankrupt soon.
