Went into card factory to get some balloons and was served by a very rude lady who informed me that she hadn?t stopped blowing up balloons all day and that it would take a long time to finish the balloons I had purchased because I had given her a massive stack to do. Very unhappy with this service and the way I was spoken to!

All of the staff are lovely except from Kelly. Went in today to buy some Christmas cards with my partner. As he was getting a pack of the charity cards off the top shelf she started shouted at him telling him that he needs to get the packs off the front of the till. We apologised and said we didn?t know as there is no sign saying ?display only? and the cards have a price on them? She then started shouting again saying you?re going to cause a health and safety issue by pulling the shelf down on someone?s head! We were absolutely shocked as if it was a health and safety issue why put the shelf there at all ? How is the public to know they can?t buy the cards on the shelf above the other cards if there is no sign saying? I work in customer service and it?s appalling the way she spoke to us, I would never dream of speaking to anyone let alone a customer like that.

Good selection of cards and gift wrap. Disappointed they had run out of 2nd Class stamps. One thing I would say is their new way of packaging the Xmas paper of 3 in a pack is awful! It says to disregard the first few centimetres and it's a nightmare to get this part off. Would not buy again, why they just don't put them in the box as they are I will never understand what a waste of paper!!

Just want to say how lovely the staff were here after I visited a couple of weeks back, I was abit overwhelmed with my toddler and after I had purchased a few things one of the items slipped out of my hand and broke and the lady let me get another one and stayed with my son whilst I went to get another item and helped me clean up the mess. Thank you she showed compassion and was very polite about it.
