Ordered the memphis double whopper burger with no bacon as I don't eat pork for religious reasons and they gave me it with bacon!!! I took it back and told them and they just tried to take the bacon off and hand me the burger back, this is disgusting customer service and very offensive, I'm really disappointed being a loyal customer to you guys for over a decade, please rain your staff better

Came with my family ordered food it was very fast as go. Staffs are very friendly. Good looking and maintained their dignity to the customers.

Missing or wrong items last 3 times and stone cold the last 2 times. Ordered today at 5:20pm,still waiting at 6:45pm,estimated arrivals were 6pm/6:10/6:20/6:30/ 6:45 and now 7pm..It's a joke

Dined in for a quick meal, and there was a customer arguing with the manager for no reason. It was quite hilarious as the manager was in the right but overall a good experience

Pitched up at 2040 on a Wednesday evening to get something to eat and they were closed! So much for the 10pm listed on Google and apparently recently confirmed.

Just ordered a cheeseburger (told it only came with bacon) and 2 plant based whoppers along with 2 orange juices and a coke. The only thing that was right was the cheeseburger and coke! Got 2 Fanta orange and 2 vegan royale - which was greasy and disgusting! The member of staff taking the order spoke little English and didn?t seem to understand what I wanted - which bore out when the order came!

The staff hardly speak English! I couldn't understand what the staff member was saying and accidentally ordered onion rings instead of cheese bites. Purely because I was fed up of asking him what he said I just ended up saying "onion" because that's the only word he said that I could understand. There was also a left over tray of food and used napkins on a table near me. Not only are the staff ignorant but the customers too. Definitely not recommended.

I would rate this a 0 if I could. Worse experience I have ever had in a fast food place, I ordered a LARGE bacon cheese burger, and got a SMALL burger, no bacon no nothing. I ordered a CHEESE BURGER. And then got chilli cheese bites? What the hell is this. I went up to the counter to change my order and then they gave me the extra burger with NO CHEESE. I ordered one load of fries aswell and got charged for two? BAFFLED
