If I could give zero star, I would. We arranged a donation of a dining set. As agreed, they came today. firstly, they have no shoe covers, no problem, my kids school is muddy so I always keep some in the car. Then to pick up the items, e looked under the table and said, we can't pick up as the table needs to be dismantled. We already sent pictures and showed the underneath of the table that it can't be dismantled. He said he could see 2 screws... Where???? He just walked out with a rude thank you for your time. Never again. The set cost me over £2000, I thought I was doing the right thing by donating to charity. Obviously never to BHF again

Lovely people to deal with. Bought an item on ebay, turned up to collect, greeted by very hepful and smiling assistants. Two minutes later item appeared in the hands of another smiling assistant, five minures later it?s safely packed into the car. Northampton store highly recommended. Many other retail outlets could learn lessons about customer service here.

We visited yesterday after seeing a small sofa on ebay, sadly it had sold that morning. Nevertheless we borrowed a tape measure & had a good look round. Luckily we found the perfect sofa, bought it there & then. Two lovely chaps carried it to our car. We are very happy indeed to know our money has gone to an incredible charity with such lovely staff in their shop 5?

Yesterday had furniture collected the two guys were very helpful and were respectful and courtious . Well done BHF Northampton and your two staff who collected. I was humbled when they thanked me for my donation.

I?m giving three stars because the sofa and armchair I chose were lovely and very well the priced. The staff in the shop were very pleasant to us and even did me a solid on the aforementioned armchair, which I really appreciated.The lack of the last two stars were because the delivery driver (some arrogant and incompetent moron whose name started with D) was too lazy to try and get the sofa through the door and so decided to just take the sofa back, refused all phone calls to put the situation right, was incredibly rude to my husband in person and even ruder to me over the phone and all this resulted in my family having to bring our broken sofa back inside just so we had something the sit on.Thankfully the shop staff did all they could to sort the problem and did offer me a refund on the delivery, which I personally hope came out of said delivery drivers pocket.

It's a ridiculous place. Their prices tend to be higher than new furniture. Waste of time . I recommend them a branch in London. Great prices people and assortment

I have just visited BHF in Northampton a few weeks ago i offered them my 3 piece suite which was 2 and a half years old they refused it claiming it didn't have appropriate fire labels on which incidentally it did!! My point is every piece of furniture in your shop had no labels at all. I think they took one look and thought we're not moving that because it's too heavy their loss would have made them a lot of money!!!

We bought 2 piece navy sofas in very good condition and clean, also we bought a bed frame very good condition....The delivery guys were very nice and polite... they carefully bring everything in the house... thank you delivery guys!The man and the lady at the tills was so nice and kind....We will come back for some more stuff and definitely recommend this shop.Thank you everyone!

Wonderful place for good quality items at reasonable prices. Most of the furniture is pre use and in excellent condition. There are new items as well. New small electrical items. Large items can be delivered at a small cost.
