On early hours about 1am on the fourth on may one of the night staff refused to allow me use the toilet, I pleaded with him to let me use it that am a taxi driver nowhere for me to go at that time but he refused and said that is the policy
I was really disappointed let down as a customer I spend about £120 on fuel at BP every week

Absolute Horrible Experience
Went into this BP for Scratch cards for my Elderly Nana, I wasnt given the right amount, I was not given a recipt or asked if i wanted one. Got home found some were missing. Called the BP and was met with a very very rude individual who was argressive and intimidating, and shifted the blame on to myself and my nana and refused to help us in anyway shape or form, Has been reported to BP Customer services as this was unacceptable this could have had an easy solution if jobs were done properly. Awaiting email back for resolution

Easy to use petrol station, with pleasant staff. Good M&S shop too, but rather expensive.

Just checked my reciept and I've been charged £3.60 for one bag of normal size cadbury twirl bites. I know it's not much to be overcharged, but that's not the point.

Extremely Rude little Man over the phone!!! ??? I?ve over enquired over the phone with him. Was there a get this? An ATM At there premises? & to which he said Yes. Then I?ve enquired if it was inside or outside? & then I got. What Difference does it make? BLOODY MORON!!! ??? but Google Maps very quickly remedied. As The ATM Machine was outside. & it was also 3?

Definetely recommended. Always come here to grab some petrol for my car as its usually the cheapest station to go to still go here and since I passed which was over a year now I've come here for petrol each time, when I walk in always get hello used to come here often when I went to TBH to grab a muffin and one of the staff always knows I get it everytime, Luci is very nice too majority of there staff gives a warm smile is well however do have 2 issues. 1. Cars parked in the petrol bays & Air Bays preventing people from getting fuel and air for there vehicles or there messing around 2. Space between the pumps are small as the vehicles are getting bigger by the year and some struggle so it is worth to look into renovating the pumps a little more space however overall nice security guards too. Worth a try hereThx guys and keep it upZach

The female forecourt attendant wouldn't permit me to fill two 5 litre petrol cans claiming they were not genuine containers. I tried to explain that they are designed to carry petrol but she had clearly decided otherwise. I gave up in the end.They ARE genuine, made by Stihl.Please at least train your staff so they know what they are doing, particularly as you charge such high prices.I went to the next forecourt who had no problem with the containers at all.

Asked for a bag and a receipt at the harborough road BP and the miserable git serving was so rude actually said for god's sake so rude that's what he's there for to serve they need to learn manned and customer service ?
