Was told I was banned because of a 'racist' comment to Pharmacist but never talk to her as put in complaint before which manager at time had to ring who she told to say lie & was never rude to staff which ALL staff agreed with.
Now after that she said I made racist comment yet won't tell anyone what I'm 'supposed' to have said to people she told now I'm banned with no-one knowing what supposed to have said to her.
She NEVER served me was always staff ( who are great but sad they kept mouths shut as had West Indian,Asian, African pharmacists/staff in past never had issues & have multicultural tattoos & none spoke up. So much for being nice & chatting with staff plus presents at Xmas, Easter or when leaving ) or locums yet somehow I'm supposed to have said something no-one else heard surprising as small as area is?
Why wouldn't she get police involved because if someone has been racist you'd hope they were in trouble because of it yet she won't nor will Boots who also don't know what I'm supposed to have said!
So now she can say ANYONE has bern racist without any proof, when doesn't speak to them & Boots just take her word & cost me £50 weekly in taxi fares but I'll be going police as false allegations just make racism worse. Fine if someone has been racist then great ban them as no-one wants to hear that but to take word of proven liar is shameful of Boots as a company especially to already vulnerable person, they've no answered calls, shop manager was totally unhelpful just saying banned but not knowing what supposed to have said but thought something like this should've gone through manager in first place but no not this one.
All staff have said pharmacist is toxic to me personally even been sent messages from staff member sent to Next-door app about the pharmacist saying how 'sour faced' she was with staff member laughing about them because knows true
After using store for over 40yrs never had one issue until this pharmacist started now banned can't get heart meds or back meds as prescription in there. Manager hasn't a clue what supposed to have said yet stands by her even though won't even tell her what supposedly said which is shameful of her also letting lies go just getting rid of patient rather than lose pharmacist!!!!?????

Tried calling several times but couldn?t get through, from experience they are not overly busy and it seems they like ignoring calls, the one time I did get through the lady was very rude to me. I was asking about an emergency prescription for insulin, the lady clearly didn?t understand what I was trying to tell her and wasn?t even listening to me. As a type 1 diabetic this isn?t the stress I need. If I could I?d give 0 stars. I would not recommend even going here.

I'm absolutely appalled at the way I was treated at the pharmacy section in Boots last week.
I came in last Friday, after I suspected a chest infection and tonsillitis. I simply requested to talk to a pharmacist. I was given a Pharmacy First form to fill in, and told to take a seat by the desk, and waiting time was 20 minutes.
After waiting 25 minutes, I went back up to the counter to query the delay and gently remind them I was still waiting. The pharmacy was not busy, and the odd few customers had already been attended to and left. Anyway, after waiting all this time, I was told that the pharmacist did come looking for me, couldn't find me, and assumed I'd left. I did not move from my chair at all, nor did I see any member of staff looking around.
I explained this to the pharmacist, who was barely apologetic. She never even offered me a consultation, instead, briefly spoke to me over the counter (in front of another customer who was in the queue) no privacy given. Instead, I was told to either go to A&E or contact 111. Could you explain, why on earth was I told to take a seat for '25 minutes', only to be told they couldn't assist me. Why also hand me a form to fill out, containing all my personal details. I was sent away feeling so unwell, with no practical advice or suggested treatment. No consultation offered, they clearly couldn't be bothered. Absolutely disgusting.

Not overly impressed, I would have thought with the boots name it would be one of the best, I have changed pharmacy 3 times as I need my meds on a Friday every 2 weeks, 2 of the previous pharmacies messed up, 1 by telling me they will be 4 days late so changed that one, the second one said they are in their right to give me 1 of my meds a similar one, the 1 I can not take as it doesn't agree with me, now boots are telling me I have got to wait an extra date because it don't fit in with their procedures, so then I have got to be in pain untill they will let me get them, this is not good enough, it seems that the people don't matter. If I thought I could have my meds delivered when I am supposed to have them I would. It's not right a 72yr old disabled lady is treated this way.

Unprofessional, noncooperative, ill-mannered and rude staff. The repeat prescription is never ready and for a single tablet you have to wait for half an hour. They sit together and busy in talking rather than working. Going to shift my pharmacy, pathetic service and behaviour.

I so do not recommend this boots, it?s awful! Starting from ?pharmacy? staff ending with environment overall. So imagine this - I am due to painful medical treatment. Prior to receiving the treatment during consultation midwife tells me to make sure I get ibuprofen and paracetamol to manage pain after surgery. Since I am breastfeeding for the last 16 months and have done my research what is compatible with breastfeeding and what is not. I have been refused to be sold ibuprofen??? Lady over the counter went to the pharmacist (which definitely should know ibuprofen is absolutely fine while breastfeeding) and she says only paracetamol I can purchase, she won?t sell me ibuprofen. I felt like some criminal for trying to get medication needed to manage with the pain post op. So thanks, I had to get a bus to another pharmacy with my child just because of how incompetent you are. Tesco isn?t much better, apparently without ID you cannot buy ibuprofen either.

**Absolutely Abysmal Service at Weston Favell Boots Pharmacy**
I am beyond furious with the appalling service I experienced at the Weston Favell Boots pharmacy. The level of incompetence and disorganization is absolutely shocking, and it?s a wonder how these people even got their jobs in the first place.
Last weekend, I went to the pharmacy to get a medicine that was out of stock. I was assured it would be ordered and ready for collection by Monday or Tuesday. Today, Friday afternoon, I returned to collect the prescription, only to be met with sheer incompetence.
The woman at the counter asked for the name and date of birth of the patient, which I provided. She then inquired if it was a yellow prescription, to which I confirmed. When she asked if it was from a GP, I clarified that it was a paper prescription from a dentist. Despite giving her all the necessary details, she couldn?t find the prescription and asked who I handed it to.
I pointed out the tall lady, who initially claimed she wasn?t working last weekend. After a moment of confusion, she backtracked and admitted that she was indeed working last weekend but got confused with her schedule. This level of forgetfulness and confusion is absolutely unacceptable in a medical environment. How can someone so old, unfit, and disorganized be allowed to handle prescriptions where precision is critical?
I left in absolute rage, taking back the prescription. The tall lady?s incompetence and disorientation are a serious risk to patient safety. Her inability to remember simple details and her apparent confusion about her own work schedule make her completely unfit to work in any medical capacity. It?s disgraceful that such a person is employed in a pharmacy.
This experience was infuriating and deeply concerning. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this pharmacy if they expect even a basic level of competence and reliability. The service here is a complete joke, and it?s dangerous to entrust your health to such inept and careless staff.

Was there to get treatment for a UTI and the pharmacist refused to give me a consultation as it was close to closing time. Cheers for that

Absolutely, the worst place ever, please do not go there if you have other pharmacies around you. All people who work there, including the manager, extremely rude and whenever you asking for help with medicine They literally have zero professionalism and expertise.

None of boot?s pharmacies ever answer their phones. Try for an hour. They despise your meditation when not everything is on the prescription and then you?re stuck!
