Every time I walk in the shop it is incredibly under stocked, shelves are empty particular the makeup stalls, I came to look for mascara multiple times and was told there is a delivery but we are going to replenish soon. The whole store needs an overhaul and redesign.

Great experience at Boots Kingsthorpe yesterday. Was advised to visit by 111, as I needed some antibiotics prescribing and the GP was closed. Was quickly seen by the pharmacist, and prescription was sorted then and there. Really friendly helpful employees. Thank you.

Not helpful staff, they don?t answer phone calls however you keep on trying. Takes a long time to process repeat prescriptions. I will now go to some other pharmacy

Boots Kingsthorpe- Two Boots Employees there are EXTREMELY Rude and Racist, the middle aged short brown/red haired woman and the middle aged mid blond haired woman. No interaction with customers at all- you walk through the door they don?t even look up and acknowledge you. Then if you?re lucky they?ll say to you without any eye contact- I?m currently adding data into the system and could take 10mins. Or one better - they?ll do that and then say I?m off to lunch! Just wow!!!!I only ever go if there?s no other option for me. There?s a new floor manager who?s very helpful, welcoming and friendly so hopefully there will be more positive change soon! Those two should not be in customer service - they don?t even know how to smile!
