This is generally a good place to shop. It is well stocked and the staff are polite. There has been a great improvement in the time waiting to pick up my prescription. Hardly ever have to queue now. My only complaint is that they have started playing loud music WHY! I asked a member of staff if it could be turned down and she said they tried, but they couldn?t find the volume control. My partner wears a hearing aid and it is impossible to hold a conversation in the shop. Indeed, I can hardly hear myself think so I certainly don?t want to stay around and browse.

Staff is not trained properly, one member says one thing other otherwise etc. First was told I could get the replacement new card in store but later I was told no I couldn?t. Staff was not sure. I lost my boots cards, logged in to the account but to link it you need to have full card number , store staff was not able to help on how to link it or retrieve the number even by directing. I was told to call the helpline at the till. I did and still on the phone not much done. I was transferred and finally at the end someone who was actually with knowledge and some sense of brain was able to sort it out and help. The shop member told me I was not the only customer there and were busy to help. including to take off the security tags. Plus I was told I never asked for it, well I did.

Called in this morning to collect a prescription and was served by a lovely lady called Amelia who was so helpful and checked i was OK and if I needed anything else...super start to my day. Thank you Amelia.

The customer service has gone downhill since several staff have left. Wait times at the pharmacy have increased and you are either ignored or forgotten about unless they can see you at the counter. You are very lucky if they answer the phone.

Horrible customer service. All these girls have been very rude, not even trying to help us. They talked to us like we were from another planet. ? I bought an expensive perfume for over £120, which was advertised online as coming with free samples, but when I asked about it, she said no and left .
We also had a free coupon, and when I asked one of them for help, she didn?t even look at the coupon or try to assist. She just said, 'You need to redeem it online,' and walked away.I went to Boots in the town centre, and they helped me straight away.

I like this Boots, often come here and buy many things from vitamins to hairbrushes.
They didn?t have tick tweezers the other day, never mind, I won?t reduce their score for it, as at least the pharmacist was helpful and suggested I go to a pet store.

Horrible customer service during our recent visit. We were served by Chloe S. while purchasing an expensive perfume but did not feel welcomed at all. The store had run out of paper testers, making it difficult to try the perfumes. Staff were unaware of current promotions, and we weren?t offered the free cosmetic bag advertised prominently in-store. This was misleading, especially since no bags were available. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The last two visits to this pharmacy the staff have been very rude, ignoring you at the counter, I understand people can be busy but they don?t even acknowledge you are there. People blame online shopping for the fall of the high street, the truth is it?s poor customer service! O won?t be returning to this pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy earlier this week and was served by a lovely young blonde girl who I could tell was still training. A great addition to the pharmacy! She was very understanding of my needs and questions and explained everything so well, thankyou!

This place is wasting time , I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes as I wanted to know if they had the injection I wanted and no body answer my call as I am disabled I can?t go to the store, this is very frustrating if they can?t give good customer care they should close the store

Came to boots pharmacy last week to ask some advice at the counter. I was greeted by sophie who went above and beyond to help me she was fast and efficient but had some great medical advice which led to me purchasing a product that has really helped whilst providing service with a smile, a real asset to your team

Was in the store and as there was no bus services nearby I decided to cal a taxi to get into the city. As I was only on holidays in the area I did not know of any taxi numbers. I asked a lovely lady at the counter who gave me two contact numbers. Staff like this are rare and hard to find but she made my visit pleasant.
