Overall ok, however the plants are in very poor condition and under watered. In the warm/hot weather the store is far too hot, so much so all the chocolate melts.

Staff stand about talking,rude when asked a question if they don't want the job go elsewhere sure there are pently of others that need work.all lazy staff at this store

It's hard enough trying to find an assistant on the shop floor, let alone anyone on the tills. One till point open with the queue halfway down the aisle before you finally hear an announcement for someone else to open up a till point. They're obviously running this place on the minimum amount of staff allowed. Ridiculous.

If you like queuing this is the place for you. Every time I go in there's about 10 people at the one checkout that's open . A couple of days ago I was facing another long queue. I asked the 4 people who were obviously employees if anyone could go on a till.I was told they were not working on tills. Another employee was faffing about next to a till but it was closed and someone else was standing next to a till discounting items! One of the group of four said he was a security officer but asked the person discounting items to open up her till .Total lack of initiative! The one star is for an assistant who was shelf filling and when asked where a product was walked with me to it and was very pleasant.

Decent enough store with ample parking just don't stay over 90 mins or you will be fined as car park is run by G24 group.
