The two men Anthony and Ad5were excellent. Arrived with smiles on their faces even though iymt was very early drop off and freezing. They checked the room and explained everything. They both wore shoe protectors which doesn't always happen with other deliveries and had me check both bed and mattress before I signed. I did offer them coffee to warm them up but they politely declined

Polite customer service plus had to shift the delivery date twice and the call centre were supportive and understanding every time. Anthony and Louis who delivered the bed were exemplary in their conduct.

Briliant showroom the Salesman explained about different pillows and there functions, also exsplained about our bed matteres and turning it over we bought our King size bed from Bensons 5 years ago its still fine.

The whole experience from the shop to delivery has been excellent. The shop staff were very courteous and informative. We were kept fully informed on the progress of our order and our delivery was within the specified time. The delivery were spot on, our boxes and matresses were placed where we asked them to be and the crew were very friendly. Highly recommend Bensons!! 10 out of 10.

Ordered my bed frame and mattress in January, expected delivery in April. Received a text 2 days before my delivery was due confirming that everything was on schedule to arrive, then got a text the following day to say that it was delayed by an additional 4 weeks.Delivery finally arrived on the second delivery date given, all was going well, the delivery team delivered everything to my bedroom and took away my old mattress. However, they knocked over the tv in my bedroom and cracked the screen and never mentioned anything to me, which I felt was out of order. They ran out of there as fast as they could before I was able to notice. I'm not happy and have no desire to use Bensons again. The bed was very challenging to put together and took me about 5 hours. I'm more than capable but I think about others who might struggle. They need to offer an assembly service.

John, the salesman offered his help as we entered the store then let us wander and have a good look round without constant hassling which was a breath of fresh air.Once we had found a bed of interest he took us through our options and we finally purchased a bed.We can?t thank John enough for his help, he was extremely knowledgeable about the bed and his cheerful, helpful nature was lovely and made the whole experience pain free even though it was a scorching hot day and we had visited several other showrooms previously.My advice would be to go to Dreams first, helpful and friendly but not pushy, highly recommended. Thanks John.

We?ve had appalling aftercare after spending £3500 on a bed with in built tv. The bed arrived around 26 March with a missing tv, no problem lets wait 2 weeks, once that came we realised we had a missing cable so another 2 weeks wait. The cable came and the bed with surround sound and built in tv still doesn't work and we?re now in May with still no working tv or bed. The store don't want to know, customer services just send emails to the tech team snd the tech team have still failed to do anything about this after multiple calls. We feel like we?ve been dumped with no help, someone needs to get in touch asap! Once this issue is resolved we?ll consider removing our review

Salesman very helpful. Offered extra discount should we buy that day but after deciding and going in next day discount offer was refused no way he could do it. Day after our order get an email to say Bensons were offering extra 10% on mattress and divan! Think an insult especially as I could have bought the same ottoman base for £100 less elsewhere! Think experience elsewhere last year was better with no delivery charge and less pricy to dispose of old mattress. Hence old mattress in our garage as cheaper ways to dispose of than through Bensons. Not the happiest experience.
