Just got a new card. Activated with no problems. Then I downloaded the barclaycard app. All it gave me was my normal barclays bank accounts and not the card details. I went to my branch who sent messages via the normal app and had to endure 4 painful hours of going back and forth. Asked 12 times for a manager... read full comment
