Saw a fan online went to buy couldn't see what i wanted.
So drove to Toolststation and saved £7 they were cheaper there.

Went to get stuff for our boat, riding about on our bikes, Norma was so helpful and kind and even showed us where things where biggest store I have ever been in. Wow thanks Norma.

Dear B&Q Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had with a staff member named Russ at your store.
Russ?s attitude was rude and condescending. When I politely pointed out that his tone was inappropriate, he responded with, ?Shall we take a time out???a remark that I found dismissive and unprofessional. I was genuinely shocked that a shop assistant would speak to a customer in such a manner.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this experience fell far short of the standard I associate with B&Q. I hope this matter will be addressed so that no other customers are made to feel the same way.

Must have some sort of staffing issue as the queues were huge today. Appreciate it will be busy on a bank holiday but you definitely needed more staff on tills today.

Had such bad customer service here today. Firstly we asked a member of staff if they had a certain flower. We got told to seach it on the website! Then we was on the bathroom section. Several members of staff were just leaning on a desk in the middle. We approached them to ask where a certain product was. A lad reluctantly just pointed to where we might fund it, two places and went back to leaning on his desk!!!! What had happened to good customer service??!!?? Feeling disappointed :(

This store used to be a lot bigger.
It's now cut its premises in half, and another business is in the second half.
The store has a trade collection point.
It also still has an outdoor area, plenty of wood, diy items, plants, and indoor homeware.
There are self-serve tills as well as personal operation tills.
It is still a pleasure to visit with moderate selection, but not anywhere as good as it used to be.

Just popped in with my partner so we can build our custom gaming desk (our first time doing anything DIY) and a gentleman called Harley (he just started working there on Wednesday!!! ) was very good at helping us choose and pick what we needed,top bloke :)

Due to poxy religious reasons and lack of manners , people are driving miles to the store to find it closed.

This once popular retailer has gone down hill, never much stock even if the website tells you they have something in stock doesn't mean they will have it in stock and if they do it will be at a much elevated price!.... Staff are terribly lacking in customer service skills in fact they are quite rude and have no want to sell you anything, they are quite illiterate about most products. You are better off going to another retailer who will have stock, good customer service and actually want to sell to you or just go online.
