Recently moved too western favell and paid a visit here today I think it's unacceptable how they can't have toilets especially with people with week bladders etc my opinion is Rushden is 10x times better by the feel off it :/

Northampton have 3 Asda stores. But none of them are very big . As a new resident in the area I thought this was the biggest. But looks like the others. I found what I wanted 50%. Overall disappointing with choice. Waitrose next doors seems a lot bigger.
Customer service was quick.

My experience at Asda in kingsthorpe hasn?t been the greatest, I have no issue with staff at the check out and tills they are all very friendly. On the other hand the security guard is very rude, I tend to go to Asda in the evening as I work throughout the day and every time I have been in I have passed the security guard smiled and said hello but he will just grunt and stare at me. Every time I am in there he follows me around the shops and watches what I?m doing down the isles and this has been making me very uncomfortable and not wanting to go in there.

Horrible old lady at the self check outs, really did the rounds and at the end of her ?help? was moderately agitated, slightly clueless when it came to removing an item and gave me sass when I knew what I was doing. The store itself is decent, standard Asda

I have used this probably 20 times since moving to Kingsthorpe a couple of months ago go, and here are my honest opinions, Rude staff, unhelpful, no one seems bothered, the culture is toxic. Please feel free to reach out asda and I would be more than happy to discuss.

Had a great experience at this store this evening. Jordan helped me find what I wanted and went out of his way to look for the items that were ?somewhere? in the store. Even carried them to the till for me afterwards. Awesome customer service, along with another chap whose name I didn?t catch but he will know who he is! Thanks so much for helping me. Great service is surprisingly difficult to get these days but both colleagues were very helpful and polite. An asset to the store.

Visited this store on Saturday 28th September 2024. Had the same checkout girl, Sally, as on a previous visit. What a lovely pleasant girl. Afterwards I went to collect a parcel at tge kiosk and was Sally who fetched it for me. She's a star ? ??

Wouldn't scan 3 items at the kiosk because the total number of items was higher than 4, wasn't busy, there was only one person waiting behind me, but they got there whilst I waited to be served, very unhelpful.

My name is Sean and I went to the Kingsthorpe store on Friday with my other Auntie and this Store is epic and Northampton has 3 Asda stores that is far cotton, Thornton Road and Kingsthorpe, this store was brilliant I actually went a few times my first ever supermarket was the Asda in Rushden because I was born in Northamptonshire, this asda has toilets, self checkout and its the biggest asda in Northampton Town. Last visited 12th of April
