Staff urgently require training with regards to disabilities. If you're disabled in any way, I would not visit this store. I'm hearing impaired and explained this to the member of staff. He refused to acknowledge this and proceeded to talk extremely fast, then turned his back on me to read a returns policy sign to me, I again explained that I lip read, to which he continued to have his back to me whilst reading the returns sign to me. You couldn't make it up. I kindly explained to him that when someone approaches you to tell you they're hard of hearing, talking slowly & clearly and facing the customer so they can lip read can be really helpful. His response was a shrug of the shoulders. I will never use this store again if their staff find being disabled highly amusing.

On the app it said that i was able to pick up on the same day , I went to the store to go pick up what i had bought for them to say that they don?t even have what I bought and for me to come back the next day. So I was practically lied to

Staff were unhelpful and asked me for ID when collecting a video game for children. I am 24 and had my father with me. I didn't have ID and he refused to hand over the game. A minute later we went back for clarification and the other man was rude when I told him my father was with me and I don't need and wasn't told to bring ID
A little while later my father went in, to a different worker, and collected it himself without any problems. The staff just wanted to be inconvenient, I would understand if I ordered alcohol or a sharp item, but it is nothing but petty for the sake of a video game (rated for children) that I payed for. If I had the order delivered to my house they wouldn't care about my age.

Very bad customer service. James the manager refused to take back a laptop what was buy it today. The seal was not broken, was intact, but was sign that the seal was removed nicely to check what is inside. I did explain that I'm not happy with the laptop and I want to buy another one, but he refused to take it back as the seal was broken. After that he did broke unseal the box and wanted to check what is inside. But he did not inform me about his intention. As well were is my 30 days quarantined for refund? Very bad customer service

Terrible customer service. Thought I was going mad until I read the other reviews regarding the store manager. Went to return an item the day after collection. In original packaging it had been opened but untouched. Manager made me feel like I was in the wrong for doing so as we?d taped together the flimsy packaging in order to bring it back to store. He was extremely unprofessional sighing and rolling his eyes. I had to show my Apple ID number for the card I paid on. I didn?t understand what he meant, I got very flustered he asked for my phone to sort it, I felt uncomfortable doing so but just wanted the exchange to end. Will never use an Argos again.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I struggled to input my Nectar card number and staff came immediately to the self service terminal and helped me scan it. We then went too early to the collection point but again were treated to really cheerful service.

Worest customer service. And better not to talk about manager he is the worest ever person i talked so rude. They made mistake and they are pointing us that we did something worng .

Went to pick up a click and collect order. 3 staff members were having a chat and completely ignored me. They then walked to the back of the store, leaving me stood at the till. After a couple of minutes, I asked another girl if anyone was serving at that till and she reluctantly said she would serve me. She was very offhand and curt and virtually threw my parcel at me. Very poor customer service?

I bought a PS5 controller that had something flying inside it. Right after taking it out of the box. I couldn't return it straight away because it was evening and Argos was closed. I went 2 days later (because I have Friday off) and I'm telling you about the situation. The manager said it was my fault and refused to accept it. I explain to him that it was like that when I took it out of the box, and he still claims that he won't do anything about it because there is no guarantee. SERIOUSLY????!! I will never buy anything there again. They sell defective goods and do not want to replace them

Went in the sixfirelds Northampton store after a messed up ordering an item way tooooo big for my car for collect and so wanted to get it delivered last minute . Although late in the evening ( 08/06/24 )?and I am sure they would have been busy all day, ? I spoke to a great bloke called Jamie and a young lady on the till ( possibly Katie) who were great. Jamie was very knowledgeable and so polite and professional. Well done guys - credit to the business

Dreadful treatment first from the lady working in argos then the manager they refused to change a faulty phone with receipt I had to ring the manufacturer who changed the phone.Agos manager was rude and does not know the data protection act the Company who sold you an item is the company that is supposed to deal with the faulty phone beware.
