Absolutely terrible stood in a queue for 15 minutes. The sales system just disappeared on the telephone. Meanwhile people will be served before me that were coming a long time after me after 15 minutes I decided to give up and walk out. Won?t be shocking in there again, absolutely rude staff don?t even try to answer your questions or be fair with the queueing system.

Please be aware that Argos continue to resell returned items as new. I have had several incidents of this over the years and try to avoid purchasing from them because of this.
Yesterday I purchased a Men?s electric grooming kit which appeared to have Sellotape over the seal. On getting it home I removed the attachment which was on the item and the item fell to bits. (The pivot pin on the blade was missing)
I returned the item and they didn?t have anymore so I had to go to another store. I repurchased the item which was correctly sealed.
On opening this one it was clear the other one had been opened as the battery in the new one was sealed.
This practice of conning customers is terrible and trying to resell a used grooming kit is a hygiene hazard.

I went to this store to collect a swing and keter garden storage. I couldn?t park near the store so I was about 20 meters down the car park. I asked the man and woman if one of them could help me carry my items to the car as I had my baby on my back and would struggle carrying both items. The woman asked the man to help me and he refused. I?m beyond disgusted, I would be deeply ashamed if that was my son or husband. I arrived home to start building the keter and it has parts missing. I?ve tried for 35 mins to call a store and keep being transferred to an international call Center so can?t even replace this item. I shop at Argos regularly but this is the last time I will ever order from your store. There is no customer service available!

DO NOT buy from Argos. I wanted to exchange/return but because the strap was opened, they refused bought inly 6 days ago. How on earth you know that it doesnt fit even before it was openedAnd the manager was rude and he wasnt even apologetic. Such a worest store, worest customer service even worest the shift manager

Warning to anyone considering buying electronics, namely Apple products: DO NOT buy from Argos. They will not abide by the Consumer Protection Act. I wanted to exchange an Apple Watch for the smaller size, but because the watch strap box was opened, they refused. The watch was not worn, used, or even turned on. I?m pretty sure they are breaking the law with this policy, especially as it?s been within 14 days of purchase.
