I went into the store yesterday 2nd January 2025 . Really warm welcome by all staff. Had a look around the store in my wheelchair what Is wheelchair friendly all around the store . I found a item i like to buy on the sale rack for my gf . . But the size was wrong The sales assistantRing 10 different stores for me to find the size I needed thank you i really appreciate this. I may have to travel but the sales assistant was amazing thank you

Came to the store in the grosvenor centre today, great sale on with some lovely things to purchase.
As soon as I came in I felt uncomfortable, I struggle with my anxiety and I felt so overwhelmed with the staff constantly asking me if I need help, watching me, and telling me about the offers.
I had every intention on buying something today but I left the store feeling very disappointed.
I won't be returning.

The ladies at Ann Summers Northampton Town, have been a huge help to me. Never knew my proper bra size for a long time and in just 30 minutes they have helped me massively with giving me my actual bra size and recommending me places to get the best fit bra for me.Thank you so much ??

The shop is great and the staff is lovely but I came on Tuesday morning before leaving to the airport to exchange some stuff I bought, wasted my time instead of leaving earlier for my flight and they were still closed at 10am when online it says they open at 09:30 and I?ve asked the day before what time they open and been told they open at 09:30
