They recently changed the layout of the store so everything is now matching locations and it flows better when I'm shopping there, this is my go to supermarket because it's just so much cheaper.

Usually shop at Lidl. Came to Aldi for a change. All I will say, is I'll be coming back to Aldi for my next shop. Roughly cost the same. But I managed to get more than I normally do. Very happy experience.

Very reasonably priced supermarket and got everything I needed.

Just left ALDI now and one of the staff spoke to me like I was dumb. I noticed an item spoil after I had scanned it so I got a another one of the same however when I went to put it on the bagging area it would let me scan the next item. From experience in most retail shops you have to void the item even though it has same arcade in order for it to go through.
She made sarcastic comment "unless you want to pay double" and then saw her go to her colleague and laugh about it. This is a form of bullying and enough to cause low self esteem.
I will come back to shop here and if I see the staff I will go to her for help and if there are any uncomfortable behaviour coming from her, I will make a scene right then and there.
