Terrible customer services! Avoid at all costs! Bought a voucher in February 2020. In March we went into a national Lockdown due to Covid. Most of the year I shielded due to being vulnerable and therefore was unable to have the treatments. Due to my vulnerable state I was worried to have the treatment when my shielding ended in August as it was a massage and facial meaning the beautician would be close to me. Now that I have had my two vaccines and feel safer I tried to book and was advised that the 6 months had passed, they were struggling because of Covid and if I paid a further £20 they would carry out the treatment. This is HORRENDOUS customer care! Now you?ve lost a customer and I will not be spreading a positive word about your beauty establishment and will be advising others to steer clear. To top it all off! I was told the beautician that had left gained from my voucher hence the need to pay £20 for the treatment, however this is not true (I have messaged the lady in question). You should be ashamed of yourself tarnishing the name of a lovely, caring beautician who was nothing but lovely when I visited on previous occasions.
