We love Grounds in Fineshade. We try to arrive past 3 pm to avoid the crowds.A nice place for a cake and a wrap.

Based in Fineshade Wood is Grounds Café, serving their signature coffee, sourced from a local Cambridgeshire Roastery. Also served are homemade cakes, soups and ice cream every day of the year, except Christmas Day. These are all made in Grounds' own kitchens. The café is delighted to welcome families, groups and well behaved dogs, and in fact have their own range of homemade dog biscuits and ice cream. Four thoughtful spaces mean there is a welcoming spot inside for everyone, including dogs and muddy trail riders. Free Wifi is available, making it the perfect place to grab a peaceful mid-week coffee while browsing the online news, or working break.
