Had a pedicure for my holidays here on the Friday by Sunday polish was off one toe didn't last a week for my holiday either!
It seemed like a new girl that had done my pedicure!
I was not happy with the outcome as usually a pedicure lasts a month at least
I complained by email to the manager on the Saturday morning she completely ignored my message and I got no reply to try and rectify the issue!
I will not return

I didn?t like my experience today with the lady. She was new & didn?t do a professional job with my nails.
Toe nail polish was not applied properly.. was messy the way it was done & is not spread properly. You can see spaces not filled in? & for luxury pedicure the cleaning process was a quick job. She was in a hurry to finish up. I?m really disappointed. I asked for Raj but he wasn?t available. He is excellent & knows exactly what to recommend & is very professional with manicure and pedicures. For what I paid I am extremely unsatisfied customer.

I always forget to ask the lady?s name who did my eyebrows early this morning, but she is absolutely fantastic. I have very difficult eyebrows to work with, due to me shaving them off years ago & them not growing back properly even when i leave them to grow for months on end before coming for another threading, but they always look just perfect afterwards, i wouldn?t ever go anywhere else. Thank you! ???

Extremely unprofessional service!
I had visited this place for eyebrows last year and they usually charge £6.50. Today, the lady doing my eyebrows was distracted and busy looking at the deliveries and barely did anything to my eyebrows and walked away. I had to call her back to say please shape them properly.
She did come back from her billing desk and redid the eyebrows but charged me £7.50 without any mention on why. When enquired, the lady first said that the prices have increased!
And when asked from when, she said she charged me more because she had to re-shape the eyebrow! That?s such an easy way of over charging your customers. I had no issues paying the amount if the cost has genuinely increased, but I would call this cheating and paying for a shoddy job! You can?t rush and walk away from the customer when they are not happy with what you did and moreover charge them more.
I am never going back to this place again.
I am revisiting and rewriting this review post the response received from the owner.
1. No reshaping of the eyebrows was done in the first place. This was not even mentioned during the length of service provided.
2. This review was never posted for a refund of £1! It?s about how transparent your services and billing are. Which it is obviously not besides being deceptive at its very best.
3. As for the service, it was bad and very disturbing as your employee was very distracted with other works than servicing the customer. The place was not busy either to rush a customer or failure to communicate appropriately.
Nothing more to add. I am certainly not coming back for £1 or visiting your place.
Customer service is definitely not your motto! FORGET SATISFACTION it?s not expected of the studio and is neither reflective on reading the nature of the response on the initial review. It?s funny that the owner thinks a refund of £1 would justify all of the above. Peace out?

I had to go here instead of my usual place at the AMAZING Lash Tech on Adnitt Rd in Northampton. Having just moved to Kettering I was looking for somewhere a bit closer and used to.go to Zone Northampton. From the off, Roza was off hand, brash and quite rude. Apparently there was not enough of my lashes to do an infill which is simply not the case and my Lash Tech in Northampton has done an infill with much less than this. They said I would have to remove the whole lashes and start again. To be honest I was reluctant to do that as the lashes my usual Lash tech uses are high quality Russians and just needed a brush out and replacing with some hybrids, so I refused and will be travelling that bit further for good customer service and professional Lash techs.
I've seen some of Zara's responses on here to negative reviews so am loathe to incur her wrath but I didn't feel like I had a choice!

Simply the Best!
Gina has been taking care of my nails (gel polish) for many years. She?s professional yet warm and friendly, checking that I?m happy with the colour, shape and length of my nails every step of the way. Her cuticle care, especially, is outstanding and second to none. An absolute perfectionist!
I?m always being complimented on my nails and would 101% recommend this lovely lady.
If you want immaculate, long lasting gel nails, ask for Gina!
