A couple of days ago (25/02/25) shortly after 10 am . The lorry was pulling off TP yard, and the yard marshal was very rude and showed him the middle finger while the other guy was managing traffic by the gate.
I don't believe TP management should tolerate such rude behaviour!
TP is a very respected company in my opinion and their employees should know how to behave. And this yard marshal was very rude to the lorry driver. Unacceptable behaviour

Not a customer, but a lorry driver delivering here. Lads in the yard were helpful and friendly, was no time unloading and out the gate. Wish everywhere was like this.

The service is amazing.We are getting some work done in the garden and our landscaper gave us a scribbled list of products to buy. Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn?t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn?t even roll his eyes I don?t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you
