The Asian man in the reception was very rude when I arrived to check in and also when I was going out he thought I was checking out. He spoiled my stay.He obviously doesn't know what customer service

Worst hôtel ever the manager was awful. Awful custumer service. The room are dirty and cold. The woman at the reception are very rude and the guy just constantly. If you looking for a minimum of hygiene don't go there. Is nothing around. The room are way too expensive for what is it during the night its very creepy to stay in this place.

Excellent travelling stop. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed.

Lady on reception was absolutely lovely, hotel was clean and quiet and location is gorgeous. Didn't end up going to the restaurant but it looked nice. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working out that way ?

Everything, except breakfast, we needed for a 1 night stopover. Didn't try the attached Italian restaurant. Very clean. Staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

£250 per night for 2 adults in a cold room with a child & 3 single beds. Would rather be at home in the warmth. Just awful. No food either. Cold & hungry. Don?t even bother staying here please it?s miserable. Apparently my review must contain 200 words or it won?t be submitted so I?m continuing to write for the sake of it?..

Lovely location with connections to near by towns and a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The day staff can be quite rude and told my group off for opening doors, they also complained about us having 3 adults in a family room when the booking we made had 3 adults on it. The room is quite nice with a comfortable bed and good curtains, the room is quite simple but has everything you need for the price.

Nice clean and tidy twin room. Good shower with grab rails for us older travellers! A very nice welcome from the lady on reception. She was really charming. A gentleman was also on reception but his welcome was the exact opposite. He demanded to know our room number without any pleasantries or politeness. Perhaps he thought we were breaking in or squatting in one of the rooms. The italian restaurant about 30 yards away was very good. We ate there twice and the staff were excellent. Food was smashing too.

I needed a bed for one night closse to Market Harborough and tried this budget accommodate. It was clean and adequate. Staff were polite and helpful.

Lovely lady on reception, easy check-in, clean and tidy room. Hotel is on a busy road so noisy all night. Shower head was above so could not use as no complimentary shower caps and 2 people in our room but 1 pack biscuits, 1 shampoo & 1 shower gel. Kettle was very, very loud. Reception sells snacks/water (£1.50 for a snickers!!!)Italian restaurant next door pricey (harsly anyone inside).
