I had a lovely diamond ring but didn?t like the mount . It was old fashioned and gold and I wanted a more modern ring with a platinum band . They completely transformed my ring , it is beautiful and I?m so in love with it . The price was reasonable and they got my ring back to me in super quick time . Just as I remember, everyone is so helpful and the efficiency and craftsmanship is unmatched. All of my expectations were surpassed in every way. I came in today to have my wedding band resized, within hours I was able to collect, it?s a perfect fit and I cannot wait to wear it for years to come! Totan serviced and repaired my precious mariners clock. They quoted me an amount for the repair. The work was done exactly to the timescale I was given. Totan explained what he had done and talked me through the workings of my clock and the care that was needed in the future. He showed great respect for my clock and I am very grateful for the attention and care shown. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and the quote was exactly what I paid. Would not hesitate to recommend Totan to anyone needing their precious clocks repairing.

The service and care I experienced at Totan Jewellers was exceptional. I was after a very specific watch that was no longer in production and after searching high and low across the internet, I came across Totan Jewellers in the UK who had my desired watch in stock. Although they are based in the UK, and myself in Australia, they were always quick to respond to my enquires. I was lucky that Titu just happened to be travelling to Sydney Australia within a few days that I had enquired about the watch. He graciously offered to carry the watch with him on his travels and personally delivered the watch to me in Australia. Not only was the watch in perfect condition, but Titu also graciously fitted the watch specifically to my size on the spot. I am over the moon with my watch and cannot thank Titu and his team enough. I got engaged on New Year with a beautiful ring which was my nans old engagement ring which she has had for many years. The ring was too small and needed resizing. Totan Jewellers was amazing! Customer service was great. My ring has had a new band on, and the price wasn?t any issues as the ring is very sentimental. The ring was cleaned as part of the service and after 3 weeks of waiting for the repair to be done, I now have my gorgeous engagement ring! Thankyou so much! Would 100% recommended and will always be using this shop going forward.

5 star service to have my late mother's and grandmother's ring remade into a new ring for my Dad to remember his wife after her passing.

Very rude, wanted to check a watch, made to feel uncomfortable, wouldn't let me touch it or inspect unless I was buying it. Good luck with that attitude! You are a liar, I did not need to try on the leather strap, I understand that it would mark, I was checking how the bezel moves and how it lines up which you didn't like. Unacceptable.

Used scrap gold that my Dear late mother left me..Had a chat with Totan & decided to have a cross & wedding band made ..A few weeks later had a message to collect couldn?t believe they were absolutely 5 star *****!! So pleased therefore I would highly recommend TOTAN ..
Make sure you don?t get them confused with the jewellers near Newland centre..
