Chen and Dan have helped us transform our house with all their help for our new kitchen and utility. They had great ideas to make the most of the space and work with the style of our house. The units are modern and fresh and classic shaker style fits with the old cottage. Fitters Alan and Tom took so much care to create a great finish and work with wonky walls in the cottage. Chen also sourced a Karndean floor for us which is hard wearing (to cope with baby and dog) and really looks like traditional wood. The Dekton worktop is also incredibly hard wearing and looks like real stone. We?ve had so many lovely comments about the new space and it?s really changed our lives!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cheniece at Tilehaus who offered amazing customer service and really went beyond what I would have expected from any tiling company.In addition to sending samples quickly Cheniece also put together some short videos of other possible tile options and made several recommendations that I hadn't considered. Cheniece was always quick to reply, helpful and great to deal with.I found a specific tile I liked online, not via Tilehaus, but didn't have any details around the manufacturer and was very impressed that Cheniece and her team were able to track down the manufacturer in Italy, negotiate a great deal on a large order and have them delivered in a matter of weeks.I couldn't recommend Cheniece and Tilehaus enough and will definitely be returning to them for any future projects.

I purchased indoor/outdoor tiles from TileHaus, very beautiful. The customer service I had was excellent. If I were to do another building project, I would definitely use again.

Fantastic customer service. Truly a pleasure to order from this company. They sent quick samples, assisted me with questions regarding my order, super accommodating with delivery and sent a very fast replacement (I received them the next day!) when a couple tiles were damaged in transit. Also, the tiles are beautiful and the tiler I hired even remarked how nice they were. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you, Cheniece, for all of your help with my order.
