When visiting the shop today for a little treat my additional needs child got upset when leaving and dropped his sweets on the pavement outside, the lovely lady who served us gave my son a new bag of sweet free of charge. She really didn?t need to do that but it was greatly appreciated! Thank you for your wonderful service!

I've had a terrible experience with Three regarding my iPad delivery. I've been waiting for almost four weeks, only to find out that my parcel was cancelled without any notification. The customer service has been very frustrating to deal with, as I've spoken to representatives who can't communicate effectively in English and haven't provided clear answers. Extremely disappointed with the service

no issues with the service i was given, however as the queue was long & people were leaving because of the wait i heard a customer tell a employee that people were leaving he replied ?i don?t care as i?m on a hourly rate!!?was not very professional.

Amazing service and sweets! Ordered 14 ?Frozen? theme cones for my daughters 3rd birthday and was pleasantly surprised with attention to detail on the stickers with all nutritional information and the sweets chosen to match the theme. Professionally boxed and fresh. Staff super friendly and happy to help. Will be back!
