Prescriptions are very rarely ready and they always make you wait for at 15 minutes for someone to to check it while countless staff behind the counter are chatting and doing nothing. Be where they don’t always fill out the form correctly for your PCC and you end up getting a fine in the post which is over £100

Collected my prescription a few days ago. Went to take my medication and they have given me something I was issued for my stomach that i received last month. Where as I was expecting antidepressants.
