Emma was INCREDIBLY helpful and gave AMAZING customer service.
Our film-making team needed face-paints / heavy-duty makeup and approached Superdrug 'on spec' to see if they could help.
Emma greeted us with a really friendly demeanour. She used her stock knowledge to say we might be in luck with left-over hallowe'en stock. She searched the stock rooms to find what we needed. Price-checked it for us. AND then went back to the stock rooms to find another colour palette she thought might be useful - Which we also purchased. At checkout she arranged loyalty card sign-up and points, and wished us luck with filming. Emma - You smashed it and we came away remarking on the experience you gave. GREAT STUFF.

I very rarely go into the town centre however I was there anyway and so popped into Superdrug. Staff perfectly friendly/helpful, however I was very obviously being watched as though I was a shoplifter (I'm not, and displayed no behaviour to suggest I would be). A staff member was titivating around the makeup section in an attempt to make this less obvious - it wasn't. I realise being in the town centre the shop is probably an easy target for thieves, but it's not a pleasant shopping experience being stalked around the shop as if you're doing something wrong. I would like to be able to browse without somebody hanging over my shoulder.

Great staff. Great atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Fantastic product knowledge and nothing is too much of an ask. Feel very safe shopping here during the pandemic ???

Had a bad experience while being served today with one of the older ladies being really rude to me and a customer in front of me. It was totally unprovoked and made me quite uncomfortable.

Everything you could want in store. Right prices. Lots of offers. Loads of selection of products. Staff helpful and friendly and understanding. Know they re products. Isles wide so you don't feel trapped
