First and last delivery meal from Subway. I guess if you are not present in the shop when they make your box up you have no control over the quality. Disgusting presentation and lacked proper content as can be seen in the attached photos. As with all fast foods these two items were not cheap and show a distinct lack of concern for the absent customer. Your shop will not get any of my business in the future and i suggest a great deal of staff training is required.

Ordered chicken footlong, but the amount of chicken you gave me was pathetic, not enough chicken for a 6inch sub, paid extra for double cheese but didn't even get single cheese, wanted toasted, uber eats delivery was quick but it still came cold, I'm very disappointed, it's clear to me that you don't care, never ordering from here again, and I want a refund.

Good subway, friendly staff, one was a bit blunt. They weren?t shy to pack the sandwich up with salad etc. Clean environment, toilet unavailable.

I've taken stars away because of the failure of Subway's head office ("guest care" (which is their terminology, not mine as they DON'T seem to care!)) to reply to me, or to even acknowledge my customer feedback/complaint.
It's always such a shame (in my humble opinion) to see a once great business decline and become less relevant in today's society... and the once great Subway is sinking fast!
The best takeaway food you can get in my humble opinion and probably the most healthy option too. However the corporation behind the franchise is way TOO GREEDY and has recently ruined their once exceptional rewards system; it's now a rewards system where you must spend WELL OVER £100 before you can earn one free subway sandwich...
Parking: For the Subway on Northfield Road there's loads of free parking however for the Subway on the High Street Kettering there's paid parking beside the council offices/swimming pool but it's a wee walk to get here; there is also some free short term parking outside the pedestrian zone but it's not outside the Subway shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and assistance dog friendly.

Subway in Kettering has long been a go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal, but recent visits have left me with mixed feelings. Let's start with the positive: the BMT sandwich remains a standout item on the menu. Packed with savory meats and topped with fresh veggies, it's a flavour explosion that keeps me coming back for more. However, the overall experience has been marred by a noticeable decline in quality.First and foremost, the prices have crept up steadily over time, leaving me questioning the value for money. While I understand the need for businesses to adjust prices occasionally, the increase here seems disproportionate to the product offered. Alongside this, the once vibrant and crisp vegetables now appear lackluster and less fresh, detracting from the overall taste experience.The decline in quality is concerning, especially considering Subway's reputation for fresh ingredients and customizable options. It's disheartening to see a beloved establishment fall short of expectations. While the BMT remains a shining beacon of flavor, it's surrounded by an atmosphere of disappointment due to the higher prices and diminished food quality.In conclusion, Subway Kettering has some work to do in order to regain its former glory. Reassessing pricing strategies and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients should be top priorities. Until then, my visits may become less frequent, as I search for a more satisfying dining experience elsewhere.

Just been into the Northfield ave m, Kettering branch, qued up with everyone else he served them got to me and tried sending me to someone else and to join the long queue again. He was very rude in the end I just walked out with out ordering for myself and family. Real bad service

Ordered a 6 inch subway turkey breast and ham today.Shocked at how small this was.Decided to take home and measure and it was 1 inch short at best.This peticular restaurant is very tight with the portions.Also ordered the wedges recently and the box looked empty I did complain but the server said it was a normal sized portion.I would suggest you try a different subway as this one although looks the best is actually the worst.I was good once but now they are joking with the portion sizes.Look for yourself as I have taken a picture.

Order through just eat this evening and it?s the first time the order has been correct. It came still warm and had a lovely compliment inside which made my day. Will definitely be coming here

AVOID unless you want to pay more that what you need to! The food was all right but the staff was RUDE and ARROGANT! I scanned my rewards card as usual, and after payment I saw on the receipt that I was charged 38% MORE(!!!) for my footlong sub, as they decided NOT to apply my voucher. I purchased the food for more people and as they don't have a screen for the customers at the checkout, I couldn't see the individual prices charged sooner. It is clearly an active offer, as it is even presented on my receipt! Also the store I visited is a participating store, I double checked it on the website. When I asked why I got OVERCHARGED, I was told, that this is my own fault because they didn't know I have a valid offer, what they clearly DID see on the screen, as my card was scanned and as I said it is on my receipt, too... We definitely won't visit this store ever again.
