I had a fantastic experience renting with Simon Musto for about a year and a half. Everyone in the office was really friendly, accommodating and always had the tenant's best interests at heart, which is a bit of a rarity! They're such lovely people too, a real local agent with a great knowledge of the area they serve. Thoroughly recommend going with these guys as your first port of call, the rates are highly competitive. Overall, really pleased I went with them.

Brilliant experience with Simon Musto agency ?By far and I mean in the whole county the agency with the SMALLEST fees and no hidden charges!Very easy to work with, prompt and helpfulQuick and responsive to get the engineers or fitters to sort you out in case of need, good quality properties for rent at affordable and decent price ?SARAH she's is absolutely lovely and will help you with everything very nice girl.Actually sad that I had to end this collaboration as it was straight forward and hassle free...If I would ever need them again I know I can count on Simon Musto and their services!I have and I will recommend to friends and people aroundThank you Simon Musto!

Simon Musto have been brilliant as an Estate Agent. We have been tenants with them for about a year. They took over at our last property from a nightmare of a letting agent and have been brilliant since. Every time we contact them they respond straight away, no problem is too much. Sarah Loasby, that we have been dealing with most is very professional and helpful. When we were at a point of needing to find a new place she sorted us out swiftly and with no issues. Brilliant job all the way through! Definitely happy to keep being Tenants with them and will be looking at them also when ready to buy.Thanks for all your help.
