Went into the store in Kettering spoke to Ravi, unfortunately could help me but he went out of his way to find a solution for me by bringing out 15 plus fitting, even though I didn't get what I want but Rav along with Andrew both help me in a great way and advised what to do next, great guys.

The staff? Absolute units of efficiency. No faff, no fuss ? just smiles, scanners, and solutions. Walk in, quote your order number like you?re at B&Q speed dating, and boom ? you?re walking out with your goodies before you?ve even fully woken up.
Perfect for those ?I?ll just fix that shelf today? moments that turn into full-blown home renovations.

I always have such a great experience at Screwfix, I often secretly smile to myself when I tell a customer I have to pop out to get a part.
The customer service at the Telford Way store in particular has always been exceptional, the team are friendly and fun, I can always have a good laugh with them, they?re so helpful and have loads of experience with their own projects and are happy to share their thoughts.
I truly credit Screwfix as a key partner in getting my business off the ground, whether I need materials or tools, advice or just someone to moan to, the team are there for me.
I want to call out Nic (Duty Manager) in particular for her exceptional service, she?s always on hand, always interested, and the key reason I go back to this store every time, even if there?s one closer, I?ll make the effort to go and see Nic and the team.
I am so so grateful to have such a great team nearby that make an effort to be invested in seeing my business succeed.

Have been using this Screwfix for years for DIY products. Very friendly and helpful staff indeed. Large quantities of stock normally held at decent prices too.
