Large shop, no-one on tills, self service machines need repeated authorisation to clear errors from trying to use own bags and having to move shopping around on packing area that is too small. An unhelpful shopping experience

Kettering Sainsbury's is my favourite Sainsbury's. People are friendly, it's not too big and sells most of the stuff you need for a weekly shop. There is a bathroom which although not perfect is far better than Colney Hatch London Tesco one which looks like it was part of a battle scene. Kettering Sainsbury's also let's you recycle soft plastic and if ever I have an issue with stuff the customer service is pretty good..I recently needed to return something and the lady was near the end of her shift and a bit of a queue had formed..she asked for support and happily continued serving. She didn't grumble, she did acknowledge it was busy but also mentioned she understood customers still needed to be served so kept serving till cover came. I liked that she didn't make it a customer problem..very good customer service.

Absolutely shockingly poor service, ordered online for it to arrive. The whole shop was completed and waiting for the courier to collect, for it to be cancelled, after waiting an hour. Absolutely poor, couldn't even communicate with their customers to explain

Foul smelling place. How could they store food here without addressing the disgusting smell. Some staff also treat you like a thief when you pay using the smartshop app. I've deleted the app now and only go in this place when I want a particular item. I would never carry out a main shop here. Awful place. This branch needs a lot of improvement!

I like everything, but I won't give Sainsbury's 5 stars because I went there specifically to buy Kenco oatmilk coffee sachets. Unfortunately, there was none.
