This morning, the local postman delivered in excess of 12 letters, all of which were not for my address.

My guaranteed next day delivery has been at the D.Office since 8am tuesday 14th Nov. Its now Friday 17th and still not been delivered.. I even went to collections office to collect in person, but was told it'd take too long to look for it bits it's definitely there.. what the hell is going on there..?!?!? Paid extra for guaranteed next day before 1pm delivery..Very very disappointed. And actually now quite mad ?

The delivery driver never leaves a red card. Does the RM have a shortage of red cards. You cannot collect a parcel without a red card. They try to redeliver when people actually work.Waited for 30 minutes just to speak to an actual person on the helpline. Answer we will schedule for redelivery. Have to waste a Saturday waiting for a delivery. This just because the delivery driver cannot be bothered to leave a red card. Service has dropped drastically this year. Becoming a complete joke.

The disparity for the level of customer service from one staff member to another couldn't be wider. 2 weeks ago I was served by one staff member who couldn't be More helpful. Today I was greeted by 2 rude and surly members of staff who just DID NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL and I left with them both SHOUTING at me as I walked out of the collections office about how bad My attitude is (!!!) The so called customer helpline is just as bad. That staff member wasn't interested in trying to help either, wouldn't let me speak to a manager and wouldn't email me a reference number for the complaint she claimed to have 'escalated' for me. I did choose the option from the automated system to give feedback on the service I received but that never arrived unsurprisingly, it seems that Royal Mail only want feedback if it's favourable to them. There should be an option to give minus stars on a review because this review definitely needs to be Minus Five.

A lot of our post ends up in Burton Latimer when we live in Kettering.Had a parcel delivered that was red carded. Saw two different times for the collection office. Wife went up at 08.30 and closed. I went up 12.30 and closed. Ridiculous! This service is out dated!

Absolutely shocking !! No parcels for weeks then they attempt to deliver 3 but don?t leave a something for you card , (I only know as one of them has tracking ) I now cannot pick up or redeliver 2 items as I don?t have the tracking or the card which is entirely there fault !!!!! Also the phone line staff are a joke

Absolutely unbelievable poor service. There are new opening times and now they shut at 12.noon.4 customers come to collect packages the so called manager came out was unpleasant aggressive and spoke over the lady trying raise a complaint. He didn?t want to listen while looking over the top of his glasses. ?Google won?t let us in to change the times online? go and call customer services to complain. WOW!

Royal Mail has delivered eleven packets of mine to a similar address in Desborough over the last four years, most of which the seller has refunded but as everyone is saying it is not an acceptable service and I say this as a postman of 20+ years service

Please stop delivering my mail to the flats down the road! We have the same number but different names, postman can't read?! Rang up royal mail twice but still doing it, never get our mail on Saturday. Why is it such a problem?

Several times a month mail for someone living in a nearby street gets delivered to my address when the only thing we have in common is the house number and first three letters of the address. Today mail was not delivered until 5pm - and it was THREE letters for the other address. We have different names, streets and postcodes, yet it never happens the other way round. I shouldn't have to keep doing the postman's job for him, just because he can't be bothered to look at the address, but how can I complain? There's no number of email address!
