Worse experience ever! Nothing but liars also canâ??t be trusted. Took my phone in for a screen not working properly, they decided to tell me my phone was water damaged and got £132 out of me. After taking my phone to a reliable source they confirmed my phone has never had any water in it. Seems to be that this company didnâ??t have a clue what was wrong with my phone and told me anything to get money out of me. I will never return to you again! This is the worse service in Northamptonshire, absolutely appalling. Will stick to my local shop IT MAGIC as they CAN be trusted and wonâ??t lie to me.

Within 2 months of having my screen replaced it has come off of the front of the phone. There were glare marks when the phone was on. Also contributed to my phone not working any more as when the screen pushed forward off the phone the battery was killed. Appalled by this service. It has cost me a lot more than the original £70 in the long run.

went here about 8 months ago. rubbish customer service, left out of pocket as wouldn't cover my device even tho they said i had warranty, after the screen stopped working.

Got a battery fitted to my Samsung. I was told it was a genuine Samsung battery. I can't prove that though either way due to being unable to open my phone. Anyway the battery started out ok but 2 months later fails to hold a charge for any more than 2 hours with limited use. I have reset the phone but still it is no better. I took the phone back to my point of retail which is premier mobile to claim on the 12 month warranty of which Samsung give with the battery and I was told that I do not get a warranty and I should go to Samsung. To me this means they have lied to me as obviously they have not fitted a genuine battery but some cheap inferior battery and tried to pull the wool over my eyes as if it was genuine they would have no problems in claiming. If this was a genuine battery why does it only last 2 months ?. They essentially said they are not prepared to do anything about it so for me it's £40 pound down the drain. Avoid this shop, dishonest and poor products.

Managed to bust My Galaxy S6 and I was Gutted. So took it to Premier and they said they could have it going again the very next day. So I said ok then.
