Noteworthy details: Our room wasn't serviced at all in the 3 nights we stayed there despite us requesting service,The breakfast selection was good, but also the cooked food luke warm by the time toast and tea was made .We noted that a male server also wiped the cutlery he was setting tables with on his apron. This was reported to bar staff.The bed was comfy, so we slept reasonably well.We had an accessible room, on ground floor However, it was in a separate block , down long corridor a long way from reception and dining areas.

Poor wireless in extension part, but it does say that on the website apparently... work booked it. No good coverage with 4G/ 5G either, so working was challenging!

this was a very horrible stay. The only thing that i felt was ok was the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows looked dirty. No WiFi even the phone signal was soooo bad .. that every time we needed to make a call we had to walk far out to get a signal... And it was freezing outside!!!The menu is different to normal premier inn food... the cafe area usually is a nice premier inn setting with clean tables but this one is like a pub where it's open to anyone. And often loud that you really can't hear someone sitting next to you. sticky tables and place smells of alcohol obviously. Food was not great I didn't really eat much and had to waste most of it.And the staff seem so passive aggressive when u ask them things. they don't feel polite enough to answer you. I wouldn't ever go here again!!Rooms: Rooms are ok no WiFi thoWalkability: That's okFood & drinks: Horrible

I use this chain wherever I travel, but some are much better than others. I stayed at the Kettering Premier Inn for two nights. The wifi was down both evenings, the wet room shower was not draining properly, and when I told the staff on reception, they were uninterested, resuming their conversation without making a note of anything.

Very good hotel but cannot altered the room

Usually Premier Inn stays are really great, but this one was below for a lot of reasons. Firstly, the hotel is split into two separate buildings, main and annex. We were staying in the annex building.Next, the WiFi was not working for our entire stay. The area also has very poor 4G coverage, so for most of our stay we had no internet connection from our room.Secondly, there is no Thyme restaurant but instead, Brewers Fayre, which isn't terrible, but nowhere near as good as Premier Inn's usual food.Lastly, there were also issues with our 2 room cards resetting midway through our stay and had to go back to reception to sort it out.On the upside, the staff were lovely and the rooms were clean, as you would expect from Premier Inn. Shame about the WiFi and I hope they improve it for the future.

The staff and service was definitely one of the best things about our staff, they were all so nice and friendly. Loved the little touch of hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival. Only Premier Inn we've stayed that had twin beds, more of your Hotels should have them.Rooms: A little tired in places as carpet frayed near bathroom door, and beds not to the usual comfort. But clean and for one night did the job.Food & drinks: Just across from hotel out one door and straight into the next at onsite Brewers Fayre, did evening meal and breakfast deal, can't complain. Again staff here were great.
