Went in today, there was a man on tills who was having a laugh and giggle with other customers however when I went up he didn't utter a single damn word. Absolutely rude, no hi hello, no bye, no asking if I wanted a bag. When I mean not a single word. He was acting like he was MUTE. Soon as I paid, I moved away then hung around for him to serve the next customer and he was happy as Larry again. This guy clearly has an issue with brown people.

Staff are great - but they continue to not order carrier bags in an attempt to make you buy the £1-£2 bags - this has been going on for about 3 years. Sort it out or loose your customers.

Great selection for value xmas decorations. Noticing more often many items creeping up in price. Less like a pound shop anymore. Brilliant service and value still remains.

Shelves are seldom stocked, many empty spaces. Prices are not as stated on many products. I purchased 9 items last week & when I got to the till, 3 came up as 50p more than it said on the shelves. When I complained the till operator just shrugged his shoulders. Very poor management allowing this to happen, they clearly need more training in retail management.

Lots of choice from socks to garden tools and ornaments. Staff pleasant and helpful. Store was clean and tidy,, no obstacles on the floor.
