This Post Office is fantastic! Such a friendly and welcoming place! I?ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mitul twice in the past week, and he?s always gone above and beyond to help with my transactions??.and always with a lovely smile too! Don?t bother going into the Town Centre, this Post Office is so much more welcoming! ?

This is the second time I have used Barton Seagrave post office passport renewal service. Very efficient and friendly, I would highly recommend.

It is unfortunate that one particular woman was hired here. Sticking her nose in other people?s business is extremely unprofessional especially when the customer has requested that you ?stop?.Honestly purely because of said know it all, I won?t be using this post office again and will ensure others are aware of her behaviours.

All the staff at Barton Seagrave Post Office are always helpful, friendly and very professional. It?s also a lovely gift shop with a wide range of beautiful greeting cards! Highly recommend.

Was great when new ownership started. Now back to normal, if you obviously have prepaid packages to hand in, you will be left waiting in the queue, whereas if you have money to spend, they wave you through.

Paid a little extra and decided to apply for my passport renewal at the post office. Just needed my old passport had my photo taken by the lovely postmaster and ten minutes later was on my way home. 6 days later I have had an email saying my passport has been approved and is being printed, outstanding service from Barton Seagrave Post office. Highly recommended, thank you.
