Comfortable but was surprised the deluxe seats were same as the normal seats but a different colour, not leather as I thought it would be. But overall it was a nice and pleasant experience with friendly staff and clean place.

Very clean and friendly staff. Seats are very comfortable and all staff are knowledgeable and interested in helping people. Tickets are a little pricey if going In a big group but the only place to view latest release films In and around Kettering ?

This place didn't let me see the five nights at freddy's movie. I was so exited as it was my favourite game series. Looks like Peacock will get my money instead. Absolutely outrageous. For any of you that had this happen to you, its on YouTube and peacock.

A good cinema with all the normal expectations but I'm not sure about the queuing system at the front door blocking the entrance as you go in?I think asking people if they want to have food and making them wait outside is a bit degrading and takes away the pleasant buzz of going to the cinema. I felt a bit ashamed of the people having to wait outside while we walked past them it really isn't a good system.It looks confusing and cluttered when you approach the entrance and makes those poor souls waiting outside just because they want food with their cinema tickets?Surely there's a better way to organise this

Film was good, seats nice.Getting a ticket experience at the machine is time consuming, requires an assistant and is very irritating. Please remove the online booking fee , and make everyone's life easier. At the end of the day we save you millions in ticket office staff by doing it ourselves, and you want us to pay for the privilege.

Went to see a film last month and as a 6'1 male I could not find comfort in their chairs. Mind you I wasn't in "premier" seats. I had no room for my legs and the back rest was tiny.I almost walked out half way through because of no leg space, it was that bad. My head was sticking out for everyone behind me to see.. I think going to the Odeon days are over.

went to see a movie rcently and found the "newly cleaned" screen room dirty, plus one of their staff comes in during the movie with a flashlight filming every1 in the dark....when i questioned staff about this after the movie they initially denied it then admitted that they were just making sure people were not secretly filming.....which is exaclty what they were doing!!

Excellent film and good to see the cinema very busy. Lowering the price certainly bought people out. Perhaps a lesson to be learnt there?

As a first time visitor finding the Cinema was a little tricky as it isn't really clearly signposted from the A14. However, the cinema itself is great with decent access for less abled and close to eating establishments.I still can't get the self check in QR readers to read my code from my phone though...

Plenty of seats cos it's always empty.very expensive. The Savoy at Corby is half price. You can save a fortune If you have large family.

Cinema is good.This new automated service is awful.Cant speak to a human after 5pm when I need to cancel as I didn?t book through the app. They need a direct phone line to someone inside to answer questions/queries. Absolutely ridiculous

i am 18 years old. i went into go and see incidious and the dopey staff said. i needed id which i didn?t have. the manager and rest of the people working there were useless and i asked do a refund which they gave me, i looked on my account- no refund IM FUMING

Staff were friendly and helpful..My one criticism was that my grandsons couldn't see the whole of the screen and had to sit on coats or kneel in the seat. My son went for booster seats but was told the council have stopped them having them ?? I am over 60 and I had part of the screen not in full view because of the gentleman's head in front of me. I believe we were on row F.

Little mermaid was brilliant.... only thing I do not like if you want sweets ,drinks etc & pay by card you have to order at the screen why whats happened to be able to chat to a member of staff & pay..I prefer more of a personal touch pay enough for your tickets

I generally don't like the cinema, but it was a good experience. I ordered tickets and food online in order to not queue. The staff were friendly and chatted away to us about the film.There is a Costa, thank goodness as i like to be highly caffeinated at all times!Ample accessible parking.
