Placed order for trousers for delivery Sunday 24th not delivered and on 25th still showing courier no collected for delivery. I paid fee for guaranteed next Day delivery looking like it we be 3-4 days if I'm lucky

Awful customer service ... marked boots damaged didn?t have another pair and wouldn?t reduce looked as tho they had been worn kept offering to go to other stores but as I?m really poorly couldn?t face it awful .
