Had such a lovely lunch today. Great service, Jamie is fantastic and really made us feel special. Yummy food and a great atmosphere. One of the best Nandos experiences I've had.

I visited this Nandos in 2017 for lunch. It took forever for my food to come though the restaurant was half empty. Other customers were similarly disgruntled by the looks on their faces. I have visited about five times since then in the last four years and there has been no improvement. First, the restaurant is too small to meet demand. The staff are disorganised and clearly stretched. There aren't enough staff. The atmosphere is crowded and noisy. There is often a 20-25 minute wait for a table and after that expect another 30-40 minutes to get your food. It is the worst Nandos I have been to out of probably 12 different ones visited mainly in London. So I feel experienced enough to comment. These restaurants do vary a bit, but the Kettering one is so bad I would forget about visiting it. Corby is like the Ritz compared to this dump. Close this and start again on a bigger site, build it new, the business has enough money, with better kitchen, more staff and a NEW MANAGEMENT.

normally come here as a regular and its normally really good but today they forgot about half of our order, didnt ask if the food was okay and barely apologised that the rest of our food came over 20 mins after the first lot. disgraceful if u ask me:(

Chicken wasn?t cooked very well, it was a bit to white for me. I wish they would add more sauce and maybe a bit more salad to the chicken in pita to bulk it out a bit more. Potions of mac & cheese and mash was so small basically one small scoop. I had takeaway so not sure if that affects the portion sizes but it shouldn?t really.

Everything frozen nothing fresh,the staff poor trained in the way how ti treat with the customers,specially one romanian girl,who was very rude and very aggressive behaviour who presume to be italian,but is not, her colleagues they tell me,she's not italian and is romanian,the staff is not hygienic at all ,because I see them how ,they are touching they face ,hair ,bear,phones, money etc...and after that,they are touching the food in front of you without any shame.
Never again going back to eat there.

We?ve just been to nandos as they bought our order they didn?t bring the cup that i have paid for so my husband went and ask for it as he asked he got the cup then turned he?s back to 3 people laughing at him. I don?t understand what was funny? I did not want to be rude but this is ridiculous not everyone has a perfect English. Very rude i do not want to come again!
