I go mugs weekly and unsatisfied today. I collected 2 bacon rolls which was full of fat, 2 apple juice?s no ice. When contacting the store she replied ?we never put in ice in drinks, I didn?t ask? which for years of picking up collection ice has always been in the drinks especially on a hot day. When I asked to take it further and explain to management she responded ?I am management?. Well as management a better response or offer of new drinks would have been a better response. I am aware they were posted before for a bad rating. Do not recommend

Ordered for delivery via Uber eats, had the jacket potato with chilli and cheese.
Smallish jacket with miserly portion of chilli. Sour cream , sour crout and salad all unwanted and in the bin, no option in menu to decline the unwanted stuff. Other alternatives for this item unselectable.

There is no other place to get a breakfast as well as the burgers, they are a huge hit. Their variety of coffees, hot chocolates, teas and milkshakes are incredible. Every visit is always so welcoming and has a homely feel to it. I have never had a problem sitting in or ordering take out on the app. The coffee is first class and the atmosphere is just perfect!

I'd been hiking for a few hours and really wanted a coffee. I'm not from the area so came in here on the off-chance. The staff were all really friendly and that wasn't just a welcome cup of coffee but a really really good cup of coffee. Even if I wasn't gagging for one, that's up there with one of the best I've ever had. Spot on. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Kettering.

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for nearly the entire time we have been seeing each other and not once have we been disappointed with the place. The mugs mega breakfast has become a staple of our weekends and something we both genuinely look forward to every week. Cannot rate the place highly enough! With all the breakfast places in Kettering, make sure Mugs is your number one!
