One of the Managers there, was slightly rude to his customers including myself, I work at a McDonald?s and we should always treat customers with respect and care. This manager obviously didn?t want to be there, waited at the counter for 2 minutes whilst he was standing around then out of the blue he said ?what do you want? I politely said ?can I have 9 nuggets slightly crispier? as they were soggy last time, to get a ?No? and a dirty look, Worst service, to the guy that works there, at our work place we always make sure customers are happy with what they order!

An absolute waste of money?by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The food was awful: everything was cold and dry, as if it had been reheated after sitting out all day. The fries were dried out and almost hard. The burgers had only one slice of pickle, a tiny squirt of ketchup, and cold, dried meat. The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese smelled and tasted like fish, making it impossible to eat. Most of the food ended up in the bin. The Grinch Happy Meal toys were swapped out for paper Jenga pieces, even though Grinch toys were still available in the display box. Additionally, the vanilla milkshake was replaced with a strawberry one.

NOT ENOUGH SEATS.
Not nearly enough seats in this branch. It didn't help by having the upstairs now closed and several groups of teenagers just sat around (no food or drinks) taking up table spaces. Why aren't they told to leave?
Of the (few) seats available for me to use are those horrible high stools. There was a poor toddler trying desperately not to fall off one of those stools.
More tables please and no high stool ones !

Absolutely disgusted with McDonald's, had enough, bad enough when you pick up and half your food is missing. Then for once we decide to get it delivered and missing large double quater pounder meal for my son. When rang they were absolutely useless and they said it was nothing to do with them. So all in all paid for food which we never recieved and my son without a meal.

Absolute joke and left my child unhappy.
Order £50 worth of food with the app. Received the delivery to find my child's whole meal missing.
Tried to use the app to recover it and correct the issue with constant lagging and no success.
Next..a telephone call in which they explained that they couldn't redeliver because they 'have nothing to do with the deliveries' all they offered was a refund that takes 3 days..or to reorder the food and pay again..also a free burger if we are in the restaurant..
How many people have had orders messed up!?
The kettering staff just cannot get to grip with customers orders.

Absolutely the worst McDonald?s I have ever been , pigeons walking around inside . Every table was full of left food , no body cleaning them . The staff was talking the whole time to the manager & on there phones . The machine didn?t give me a receipt to leave a formal review/ complaint . Food was then cold after a 20 minute wait

I ordered in-store at the order machines.
I waited over 20 minutes for a single 20 box of nuggets. Which had been missed. And still had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to be served and ask about my missing order.
And when I got them they were cold and like cardboard.
Highly unimpressed. As a chef myself I can see no reason to make a customer wait 20 mins for a single item and absolutely no excuses for them being served cold. It's unacceptable.
