Drinks from Order was by messed up b staff on till.... when tried to get it sorted staff didn't have a clue ,very rude manager then came out and told me I had to pay more .... then accused me of taking an orange juice from the order that I hadn't even been given even after asking for it multiple times... by time they actually sorted the drinks food was stone cold ... would not recommend using this mcdonalds

My child has a dairy allergy, always ask for no cheese on there food and 3 times in about a month and a half there has been cheese on it even when they have labled it no cheese ? if you have any food allergy DO NOT EAT at this restaurant ZERO STARS

Always a pleasure to stop here for a coffee when passing. We always use the drive-thru and are served quickly and the staff are always nice and polite. A medium sized carpark with disabled bays at the front and clean toilet facilities inside.

Very poor I told them three time i didn't want cheese in a burger and just wanted sauce. Gets the burger to my nephew and he said it had cheese in it. After three times of me telling them they still can't get it right. Even when ordering for delivery they can't get it always missing something from the order or messed it up. Shocking

Since the refurbishment this McDonald's has gone downhill rapidly, if you eat in your order takes absolutely ages to arrive and the grilled chicken wrap resembled a twig the chicken was so hard and dry. Deliveries and Drive through takes priority over customers sitting inside.

New look store but still consistently poor service,do not do any delivery from here as its ALWAYS wrong,you have to be here to check every time without fail,and the same old managers just pass the buck ,Burton Latimer or town centre next time
