Working on reduced hours, you?re pretty much screwed if you work past 3/3:30pm as you won?t get a chance to get to the bank, beyond a joke they don?t open longer.

This branch has been closed for several weeks due to flood damage but was due to reoipen today 12th Sep 2022, the website says it's open but having been to the branch I can assure you it's not! Even phoning Lloyds didn't get an answer when it will reopen - bad communication Lloyds!!!

I'm sure this issue is not exclusive to the Kettering branch, however the opening hours are appalling. The branch closes at 15:30 in the week, and then isn't open on Saturday or Sunday. I desperately need to visit the branch in person to make changes to my account. Not everybody has the luxury of visiting during work hours.

Disappointingly short opening hours.even worse cant deposit from outside.may look into switching banks after 3 decades.dont think they are thinking about customers needs that much.

UN BELIVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe were victims of a fraud of significant money on the 29th April, we realised the crime and ran to the Lloyds Local Kettering branch. The wonderful lady at the welcome point(sorry we missed her name) helped us 100% of her ability, she perfectly understood our frustration and helped us. 2 minutes after the Manager came to the office first thing manager said" we are here to help you", now on the 9th of May we got our full refund back. HUGE THANK YOU MANAGER AND THE WONDERFUL LADY. I my self a Guest Relations Manager in an International company.I have no other words to thank you moreThank you again Claude

Had my issues in the past, but always got it resolved eventually so can't rate every member poorly, but can't fairly rate every member positively either.Not tried any other banks since being in Kettering so can't compare to local branches unfortunately but wouldn't recommend against here either.Middle of the road, does what it says on the tin.

I would give no stars if I could. arrived in the UK and this is the first bank I wanted to join. went in with my uncle...the manager/help desk male bald person wouldn't even look me in the eye...wanted proof of address...I didn't have much...so I went in the following day...used my Visa info, letter from my uncle as I stayed with him and a NI letter...still not good enough...the manager/help said 'nothing has changed since yesterday'....absolutely disgusting service...probably cause I am a South African national...I am now with Nation wide and my uncle is also moving to them.
