One of my tyres had a slow puncture which was repaired in minutes. My MOT was booked in with ease over a week ago for a time that was suitable for me and carried out by Harry. A very efficient and knowledgeable member of the team. Caine is always very polite and welcoming. I am a returning customer and will continue to be because I know what I am getting and It is a huge relief to come here as I've had some uncomfortable experiences in other garages.

My car passed its MOT and Harry the MOT tester at Kwik Fit, Stamford Road is amazing. He led us through the test and why we had 2 advisories (new rear tyres needed in 3-6mths). He was extremely helpful, efficient and everything done with a smile providing excellent customer service. We will return to this branch to get the tyres replaced in due course and recommend Kwik Fit to our friends and family,

I went in for a puncture repair? it took longer looking for faults, which they didn?t find, than it did to fix the puncture. Nice guys though.

If I could give more than 5?? I would. Pulled in at 6pm, already closed. We explained that we were on the way to the airport from Sunderland. The team opened up, checked the tyres, reset the pressure - above and beyond for customer service. Thank you

I was travelling up north for a stag do when I got a flat tyre on the A14. I managed to make it to this branch as it was the nearest one, and I was met by Jacob. After explaining the situation, Jacob went above and beyond to help ? he had me back on the road within 20 minutes.
His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to assist in a stressful situation were truly commendable. Jacob is an absolute credit to the company. Excellent service ? I only wish there were more people like him. Thank you again!
