Ordered at 10:25pm on the just eat app and it said it would be here at 11:45, after that it kept going up and up and up till around 0020-00:40 almost 3 hours is disgusting, I even rang up and said where is my food at around 11:30 and they said ?we?re waiting for our driver and we will call him in 2 mins? never responded and time kept going up. Tried to call back and they didn?t pick up and never got my food. It?s now 00:39.

I have ordered multiple times through JustEat and they get the order wrong all the time. Tried to call them and they just tell you to get a refund from JustEat. I don't need refund when I am buying food to feed the family.

I can't believe it, but we were at KFC with my family at approximately 20:45 on December 5, 2024.
The manager was yelling at a female team member very loudly and then he acted inappropriately towards a customer. We're sorry, but we will never return to your restaurant. The atmosphere was appalling.

Rubbish. Haven't tried these chaps for 3 years after they had half a menu. This time around, 35 quid through justeat, and after a 90 minute wait, ended up with someone else's order, which was subsequently declined. Knock this place down whilst they're doing the cinema!!!

The slowest service i've ever seen from a fast food restaurant. Friday evening? Don't even bother youll be waiting for hours. If you want to contact the store to cancel an order you won't even get an answer. They'll let the phone ring out, you wont get an answer

Probably one of the slowest KFCs around. Get the order wrong more than they get it right. The people that work there look like everything is such an effort.

This has to be the most grubby drivethu I have ever visited. Bins at entrance that stink. Scruffy paper stuck to the menu about qr codes does not work. Rats running about. Staff is slow at answering the speaker, then a window that needs cleaning. Needs a good jet wash. Really is a letdown to the KFC brand

The lady who served me didn?t once look at me, she threw the chicken into the boxes without a car in the world for MY food !! Had 4 drinks and she didn?t tell me which was which she just plonked them down again without a care in the world !! Pretty poor tbh I wouldn?t recommend KFC in Kettering near the ocean cinema as they don?t care at all !! So rubbish
